About Us:


Five AM Group has recently acquired the Ray White Mission Bay and St Heliers offices and formed a new entity, Ray White Bayside Realty. The Five AM Group is the team behind several of East Auckland's most established Ray White offices, including Howick, Half Moon Bay Marina, Botany Town Centre, Pakuranga and Beachlands. With that backing, the business is being restructured, with fresh investment, systems and support flowing in to turn a premium location into a consistently performing franchise.


That means this isn't a caretaker role. The Branch Manager who takes this on gets real input into shaping the business's future.


What you'll be doing:


  • Building on the existing team and its success
  • Setting the tone, culture and standards for a business in transition
  • Driving day-to-day performance with energy, coaching and accountability
  • Ensuring smooth operations and REAA compliance
  • Working closely with the Five AM Group leadership to bring proven systems and support into the business
  • Bringing new ideas to the table and turning them into action


What we're looking for:


  • A proven real estate leader, ideally someone who enjoys building a business rather than just maintaining one
  • Someone with energy, who thrives on people leadership as much as performance management
  • Resilience, ambition and a results-driven mindset
  • A current Branch Manager's Certificate (or on your way to achieving it)
