An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join the team at EVES Waihi.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Advertising properties and securing quality tenants
  • Ensuring compliance with residential tenancy legislation and Healthy Homes requirements
  • Identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio through business development
  • Delivering a professional, proactive and solutions-focused customer experience


The role combines relationship management, problem-solving, business development and property operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy.


What we're looking for

  • Previous Property Management experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and administration skills
  • Sound knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
  • A current full New Zealand driver's licence
