At All Heights Limited, we may be a small team, but we punch well above our weight. Based near Templeton, Christchurch, we specialise in structural telecommunication engineering, civil build solutions, and provide support services to builders and mechanical service providers across the South Island.


We're now looking for a reliable, hardworking Labourer to join our team and assist with a variety of engineering, civil construction and maintenance projects.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, has an interest in engineering and civil construction, and is keen to develop their skills across a range of different projects.


The role will involve:


  • Assisting with engineering, civil construction and general maintenance work
  • Working on a variety of projects, both in the workshop and on-site
  • Helping with the preparation of materials, tools and equipment
  • Supporting the team to complete projects safely and efficiently
  • Travelling to job sites throughout Canterbury and the South Island


To be successful, you'll need:


  • A genuine interest in engineering, civil construction and practical work
  • A good level of physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual work
  • A full, clean NZ driver's licence (Class 2 would be an advantage)
  • Confidence using technology such as smartphones and tablets
  • Good English communication skills
  • A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to work well within a small team and follow instructions
  • Flexibility to travel and work away from home during the week
  • NZ residency or citizenship


Previous experience in construction, engineering or a similar hands-on role would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in.
