The Opportunity


An established construction business is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to support the delivery of upcoming residential developments across the Gisborne region.


Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll take ownership of site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.



  • Key Responsibilities Day-to-day site management
  • Managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Coordinating trades and resources
  • Monitoring programme and quality
  • Liaising with councils, engineers, surveyors and inspectors
  • Maintaining site documentation and reporting
  • Regular use of Procore


What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' Site Management experience
  • Strong residential construction background
  • Experience delivering multi-unit or large-scale housing projects
  • Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and council representatives
  • Strong communication and leadership capability
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Carpentry trade background (Desirable)
