Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our clients team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, flexible, and committed to working safely in a civil construction environment.


What We're Looking For:

  • Current driver's licence with WTR (Wheels, Tracks & Rollers) endorsements
  • Previous roller operating experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work day shifts, night shifts, and away-from-home projects as required
  • Reliable transport to get to and from work
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow site instructions


Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must have a clean criminal convictions history
  • Commitment to health and safety procedures
  • Physically fit and capable of working in a hands-on environment
