About the Role


We’re looking for an experienced Reporting Developer with strong Power BI and Microsoft Fabric expertise to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions, joining on contract until 30th June 2027. Working within a collaborative and data-driven environment, you will be responsible for developing reporting assets, building reusable templates, designing robust data models, and contributing to modern data pipeline development. You’ll play a key role in enabling stakeholders to access meaningful insights through scalable and well-governed reporting solutions.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Create and enhance reusable reporting templates and standards
  • Design, develop, and optimise data models to support reporting requirements
  • Build and maintain data pipelines within a modern analytics environment
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting needs
  • Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with best practice


Skills & Experience


  • Strong commercial experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern analytics platforms
  • Proven capability designing and implementing data models for reporting and analytics
  • Experience building and supporting data pipelines and data integration processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
