  • Premium Residential Joinery.
  • Work With Great People.
  • Be Proud of What You Create.

At Manolas Bros, we're a family-owned cabinetmaking business that's spent the last six years building a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and reliability. We specialise in bespoke residential cabinetry, partnering with some of Auckland's leading interior designers to create stunning kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, media units, and custom joinery for high-end homes.

As our workload continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Cabinetmaker / Installer who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that shares the same high standards.

We're not a production factory. Every project is unique, every detail matters, and every member of our team takes pride in delivering work we're proud to put our name on.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong cabinetmaking background who enjoys both manufacturing and installing quality joinery, working through challenges, and seeing a project through to an exceptional finished result.

Why Join Manolas Bros?

We know that great people produce great work, so we've built a workplace where skilled tradespeople are respected, supported, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.

When you join our team, you'll enjoy:

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus paid overtime
  • A modern, well-equipped workshop with quality machinery and tools
  • A steady pipeline of interesting, high-end residential projects
  • Varied work across both cabinetmaking and installation
  • A friendly, experienced team that supports one another and enjoys a laugh along the way
  • Friday afternoon drinks and regular team social events
  • Long-term career security with a growing, reputable business
  • A workplace where quality craftsmanship is valued and your skills are genuinely appreciated

The Role

You'll become an important member of our team, manufacturing and installing premium custom cabinetry and bespoke joinery across some of Auckland's finest homes.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Manufacturing and assembling high-end custom cabinetry and joinery
  • Installing kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and bespoke cabinetry on site
  • Reading and interpreting detailed workshop drawings and installation plans
  • Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently
  • Levelling, scribing, fitting and finishing cabinetry to a high standard
  • Working through site challenges and finding practical solutions
  • Working closely with our workshop team, builders, designers and other trades to deliver outstanding results

This isn't repetitive, volume-based work. Every project is different, and you'll have the satisfaction of creating beautiful joinery and seeing it expertly installed in design-led homes where the details matter.

About You

You're someone who enjoys doing things properly the first time and takes genuine pride in producing work of the highest standard.

Ideally, you'll have:

  • At least 3 years' cabinetmaking experience (trade qualification preferred)
  • Experience manufacturing and installing high-end residential joinery
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cabinetry plans
  • Confidence operating woodworking machinery and installation tools
  • Good knowledge of cabinet construction, fitting and detailed finishing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on site
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and team-first mindset

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares about the finished product, takes ownership of their work and enjoys working alongside people who share the same high standards.

Ready to Join Our Team?

If you're looking for more than just another cabinetmaking job, if you want to work on beautiful projects with great people in a company that genuinely values craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.
