Job Description

We’re looking for reliable and hands-on Manufacturing & Assembly Workers to join a busy Levin-based manufacturing team.


This is a great opportunity for someone with a practical mindset who enjoys working with their hands and wants to gain experience in a modern manufacturing environment. The role is expected to run for a couple of months, with the potential for ongoing work for the right person if workload continues.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of products
  • Using basic hand and power tools
  • Measuring, preparing and handling materials
  • Following instructions and production processes
  • Completing quality checks to ensure work meets the required standard
  • Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  • General factory and production duties as required


What's On Offer:

  • $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience
  • Monday–Friday work
  • Flexible start times: 6am or 7am starts available
  • PPE and work gear provided
  • Short-term work for approximately a couple of months
  • Potential for further work if business demand continues
  • Opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing and production experience


We're Looking For:

  • Previous manufacturing, construction, assembly or labouring experience is beneficial
  • Comfortable working with hand and power tools
  • Physically fit and happy working in a hands-on environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to follow instructions and work safely
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Someone who takes pride in producing quality work
