Job Description

  • The Company I'm working with a well-established New Zealand manufacturing business with a product you've almost certainly come across on supermarket shelves. They've been in the market for over two decades, have a passionate and hands-on leadership team, and a close-knit team who genuinely love what they do. It's a small business environment - busy, fast-moving, and no two days are the same. The Role You'll take ownership of the AP function and be a key part of a small, cross-functional team. Because the team is lean, you'll also pitch in across other areas of the business. Bank reconciliations across NZD, USD and trade loan accounts
  • Supplier invoice processing and monthly supplier reconciliations
  • Inward goods receipting
  • Daily production and weekly sales reporting
  • Remittance processing and MPI uploads
  • About You A clear and friendly communicator who builds good relationships easily
  • Comfortable in a small business where priorities shift and you need to adapt
  • Happy to roll up your sleeves and help wherever needed - no task is beneath you
  • Organised and accurate with a good eye for detail
  • Someone who brings a bit of personality to the team
