Mō te Tūranga | About the Role


A Guest Relations Host is the first point of contact for diners. You will be managing bookings, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries to ensure a smooth, memorable dining experience. They help create a welcoming atmosphere by coordinating table turnover and providing friendly, attentive service. This role requires working a variety of shifts so flexibility is key. This role is 40 hours per week based at Orbit restaurant with an hourly rate of $26.42 to $29.00 dependant on experience.


Mōu | About You


You'll have demonstrated experience in a customer service role with previous reservations experience desirable but not essential.  You'll have a minimum of two years' experience in hospitality, along with knowledge of techniques and equipment for food preparation and consumption and food storage and handling techniques.  Previous experience working with computers and computer packages such as Microsoft Office Suites, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
