We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our professional services team in our Invercargill office. This pivotal, client-facing role is responsible for delivering a polished, professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for clients, visitors, partners, advisers and employees.

Working in a fast-paced corporate environment, you will take ownership of daily reception and office coordination activities. You will need to be organised, responsive and confident managing competing priorities while maintaining a consistently professional standard of service.

Your role and contribution

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors and staff with courteous, professional service
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including visitor sign-in and reception procedures
  • Join the NZ Phone Pool, answering and directing internal and external calls for offices
  • Respond promptly and accurately to reception enquiries and shared inboxes
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering and client meeting requirements
  • Support internal events, training sessions and office functions.
  • Coordinate office operations, including supplies, mail, couriers, facilities and liaison with building management and external suppliers
  • Manage business card and stationery logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including training and systems coordination, plus preparing and maintaining client information and correspondence
  • Carry out local deliveries and pickups as required

What you bring to the role

  • Proven experience in a Corporate Reception, front-of-house or office coordination role
  • Confident operating in a fast-paced, high-volume client-facing environment
  • Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, versatile, team-first approach, with sound judgement and a genuine willingness to learn
  • A calm, polished manner and strong commitment to confidentiality
