Mō te tūnga | About the role

As a Coordinator - Return-to-Work in the Safer People group, you will be play a key role in supporting the Return-to-Work Team with all injury and illness recovery activities alongside our Third-Party Administrator and ACC.


You will engage with relevant Case Managers, Advisors, and internal stakeholders to support return-to-work outcomes. Reducing barriers to a successful return-to-work, ensuring all legislative obligations are completed, managing medical certificates and required processes, and helping our people understand and navigate their injury management recovery journey are key aspects of the role.


Providing administrative support and coordination across the Team is key.


You will build strong working relationships with stakeholders, ensuring District Leadership Teams are kept informed of deployment impacts and utilising District teams for successful return-to-work outcomes. Working collaboratively with the Return-to-Work Team and wider Safer People group, you will help support our people back to work after injury or illness in a safe, timely and sustainable way.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement, and salary will commence between $64,161 and $66,975 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
