Job Description

Our client is based in Hornby and seeking an experienced Storeman for a long-term opportunity in their busy distribution centre. Due to the nature of the role, you must be physically fit and able to assist with labouring duties around the warehouse.


This is a full-time position : Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm

Starting rate: $27.00 p/h + 8% Holiday Pay


The successful applicant will:

  • Have prior forklift operating experience in a warehousing environment
  • Hold a current OSH certificate
  • Have stock picker and reach truck experience preferred but not essential (full training will be provided)
  • Be physically fit - ability to lift up to 20kgs
  • Be self motivated, take initiative and have a can-do attitude
  • Have reliable transport
  • Have availability for an immediate start, long-term


Day to day duties include:

  • General warehouse labouring duties as required
  • Forklift operating
  • Pick packing & dispatching orders
  • Wrapping pallets
  • Heavy lifting
