Iplex Pipelines NZ is a leading manufacturer and supplier of plastic pipeline systems in New Zealand.  We manufacture and supply pipeline systems for a diverse range of applications covering water supply, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, rural, energy, communications, and industrial.  With manufacturing facilities nationwide, we’re committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers.


About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing operation in Ashburton. This role operates on a rotating 3x 8-hour shift pattern between Monday to Friday. As part of our production team, you’ll be responsible for safely producing quality products and supporting the smooth efficient operation of our manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include:


  • Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
  • Monitoring machine performance and product quality.
  • Carrying out routine checks and identifying production issues.
  • Assisting with machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
  • Completing production records and documentation accurately.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.


About You


Whilst experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or a production environment is preferred, this is not essential as training will be provided.
