TBT Property Management are looking for an energetic, highly organized person looking for a career in property management.

TBT Property Management is a dynamic business focused on delivering outstanding results to its clients. They have grown 100% for the previous 5 consecutive years. Opportunities have arisen for an energetic, highly organized person looking for a career in property management.


The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, administration or customer service experience, with high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks. Full training will be provided.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting tenancy contracts
  • Preparing rental appraisal & advertising the property
  • Coordinating maintenance
  • Arranging property inspections & sharing reports with landlords & sending feedback to tenants.
  • Dealing with all sorts of tenant & client inquiries
  • Screening the prospective tenants & discussing the application with the landlords
  • Maintaining effective records and databases
  • Handling compliance and administrative functions for the portfolio
  • Maintaining and growing their own portfolio
  • Handling Tenancy Tribunals will be an add on


Critical to your selection are well-developed skills in communication and administration, outstanding time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and would not require constant monitoring by the manager.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proactive approach with a can-do attitude
  • High attention to detail is essential
  • Deadline driven and hardworking, Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Centrix & Palace or any property management software is beneficial
  • Must have NZ driver's license & own vehicle
