Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Floor Grinder and Polisher to join an established, family-owned Auckland company specialising in high-quality concrete flooring solutions.


The Role


  • Operate concrete grinding and polishing machinery.
  • Prepare, grind and polish floors to a high standard.
  • Assist with floor preparation, sealing and finishing.
  • Maintain equipment and follow site safety procedures.
  • Work with the team to deliver quality results on time.


What You’ll Need


  • Experience in concrete grinding and polishing.
  • Knowledge of grinding equipment and floor preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Good health and safety awareness.
  • Reliable, hardworking and a team player.
