Job Description

Find your further with Ventia and help maintain and improve the Far North roading network . Ventia is on the hunt for two motivated Labourer Operators to join our team in Paihia, carrying out road maintenance, construction, vegetation control, traffic management, and plant operation activities across the region.

About the role


No two days are the same. You'll be involved in road maintenance, drainage works, pavement repairs, vegetation control, traffic management, plant operation, and emergency response activities as required. You'll work safely, efficiently, and as part of a close-knit crew delivering essential infrastructure services.


About you


  • Class 1 Driver's Licence essential (Class 2 and WTR preferred)
  • Experience in civil construction, road maintenance, or machinery operation
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and teamwork
  • Traffic management or STMS qualifications desirable
