About the Opportunity

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment are key. As the role supports a period of transition and ongoing development within the Facilities Management operating model, the successful candidate will be comfortable working in an evolving environment, driving stability, continuity, and operational excellence.


  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of Facilities Management services
  • Managing operational performance, monitoring service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Drive continuous improvement through effective supplier governance


The FM will also provide additional property and facilities support as required, lead facilities-related projects and initiatives, and support the management of budgets, risks, and forecasting activities.


What You’ll Bring


You will be a highly motivated individual with experience in contractor management, supplier management and perhaps a technical background. Experience managing budgets and coordinating activities within a manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environment would be highly advantageous. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, influencing outcomes, and building effective working relationships across the business and with external partners.


  • Experience managing external service providers, contractors, or facilities management contracts.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or commercial environment.
  • Sound understanding of contractor management, permit-to-work systems, and health & safety requirements.
  • Strong budget management and cost-control skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A practical, collaborative approach with strong decision-making skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to provide feedback and make decision
