  • 6-Month Contract + Up to $800 Per Day

  • Hybrid Auckland - 3 Days in the Office - Immediate Start

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a large enterprise organisation delivering a high-priority transformation programme.


This is a hands-on BA role with a strong focus on business process analysis, process mapping and documentation. You'll work closely with an experienced Senior Business Analyst and wider delivery teams to understand current processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and help shape future-state processes.


We're looking for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, can confidently facilitate discussions with stakeholders, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality process documentation within complex enterprise environments.


  • What You'll Be Doing Analyse, document and map current-state and future-state business processes
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand workflows, requirements and process challenges
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop clear process maps, business requirements and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and delivery teams to support successful programme outcomes
  • What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large enterprise or transformation environments
  • Strong hands-on process mapping and business process analysis experience
  • Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements
  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within delivery teams
  • Nice to Have Previous experience within the financial services sector
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation or technology change programmes
  • Familiarity with process modelling tools and methodologies such as BPMN, Visio or similar
  • What's on Offer Initial 6-month contract
  • Competitive daily rate of up to $800 + GST
  • Hybrid working with 3 days per week in the Auckland office
  • Immediate start preferred
