Survey Technician, Central Otago, $80,000-$95,000

The Role

  • Undertake survey data capture and fieldwork activities
  • Process survey data and prepare plans and documentation
  • Assist with cadastral, engineering, and topographical surveys
  • Liaise with clients, councils, contractors, and consultants
  • Support project delivery and reporting requirements
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Assist with project administration, timesheets, and invoicing requirements

About You

  • New Zealand Driver's Licence
  • Experience in surveying, engineering surveying, or land development projects
  • Experience with Landonline, 12d, AutoCAD, or Leica survey equipment advantageous
  • Knowledge of cadastral, topographical, or engineering surveys
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
