Bayleys Top of the South is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join their Property Management team.


Based in their brand-new Richmond office, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that continues to invest in its people, systems and technology while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants across the region.


You will be managing an established portfolio while being supported by a collaborative team and innovative technology, including Keyhook, designed to reduce administration and improve efficiency. This allows you to focus on what you do best, building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service and achieving great outcomes for landlords and tenants.


About the Role

As a Property Manager, you'll be the trusted point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are well managed, well maintained and operating smoothly. You will be managing an established portfolio while being supported by a collaborative team and innovative technology, designed to reduce administration and improve efficiency. This allows you to focus on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service and achieving great outcomes for landlords and tenants.


Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance requests
  • Coordinating tenancy renewals, rent reviews and compliance requirements
  • Managing arrears and tenancy matters professionally and proactively
  • Navigating challenging situations and having difficult conversations when required
  • Providing clear, timely and professional communication to all parties
  • Working closely with the wider Property Management team to achieve the best outcomes for clients
