ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a key role in the company's next phase of growth and global expansion, and will also play a part in deepening their AI capabilities.


As a tech Lead, you'll be a senior level engineer and the day-to-day technical leader for a squad of 3-4 engineers. You will own the delivery and technical direction for your squad, and be the first point of contact when someone hits a technical wall through code review, hands-on guidance and mentoring.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading delivery and execution for your squad
  • Owning technical direction and quality
  • Technical mentorship and support for your team
  • Stakeholder communication and partnership
  • Continuous improvement


ABOUT YOU:

  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership within a team.
  • Experience reviewing code and guiding technical decisions for others, not just yourself
  • Strong technical skills with C#, React, Typescript & AWS, sufficient enough to unblock others and review their work
  • Excellent working knowledge of modern software delivery practices e.g. CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, DevOps
