Job Description

The busy civil construction season is here, and we are looking for experienced Civil & Roading staff to join our team in Tauranga.


Whether you're an experienced plant operator, driver or skilled civil worker, we have great opportunities available for the right people. Get in quick to secure your placement for the season ahead.


We're Looking For Experience In:


  • Roading crews, including asphalt and chip sealing
  • WTR (experience in Diggers, Loaders, Graders, Bulldozers, Rollers, Water carts)
  • Class 2 and Class 4 driving
  • Road marking
  • Drainage works
  • Confined spaces work (advantageous)


To Be Successful You Will Have:


  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check
  • A full Class 1 driver's licence
  • Class 2 or higher licence is highly desirable
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Good physical fitness and be injury-free
