About the Opportunity



As an AA Assist Roadservice Contractor, you'll provide roadside assistance to members and customers experiencing automotive vehicle and battery-related breakdowns and mobility issues.


You will be responsible for managing your own business operations while delivering a high standard of professional roadside support, including:

  • Battery testing and replacement
  • Vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
  • Breakdown assistance and roadside repairs
  • Tyre changes and wheel-related incidents
  • Vehicle lockout assistance
  • Fuel-related incidents
  • Jump starts and charging support
  • Customer service and incident resolution
  • Safe and professional roadside operations
