What You'll Be Doing:


  • Packing products accurately and efficiently
  • Performing general production and assembly tasks
  • Operating basic production equipment safely, where required
  • Checking products for quality and ensuring they meet required standards
  • Labelling, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
  • Moving materials and products around the workplace
  • Following production schedules, processes, and instructions
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

About You:


  • Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Able to lift up to 25kg when required
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Safety-conscious and willing to learn
  • Flexible and reliable when it comes to working different shifts


Requirements:


  • Full legal right to work in New Zealand
  • Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check
  • Two recent, positive work references
  • Previous production, manufacturing, warehousing, or packing experience is advantageous but not essential
