If you thrive in an environment where your contribution actually matters, this is it. The Role Own the payable function from invoice receipt through to payment no two days are the same
  • Keep the books clean across multiple entities - recs, journals, and month-end are yours to run
  • Handle tax compliance across NZ, AU, and an offshore subsidiary
  • Turn raw financial data into clear monthly reporting the sales team can actually use
  • Support the Head of Finance across whatever the business needs as it scales
  • Your Profile Mandarin fluency is a must
  • Comfortable working across multiple entities and international markets
  • Xero-confident with Excel skills that go beyond the basics
  • Degree-qualified in accounting or finance
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented; someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told
