The role


  • Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair agricultural machinery and equipment
  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic fault finding
  • Complete both workshop-based and field service work
  • Utilise manufacturer diagnostic systems and specialised tooling
  • Carry out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
  • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
  • Deliver professional customer service and technical support
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard


Skills and experience required


  • Relevant automotive qualification
  • Previous experience working on agricultural equipment is first priority though construction, forestry, and/or other heavy diesel equipment
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
  • Sound knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Experience using diagnostic software and modern workshop equipment
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
