GreenLinc is a well-established and growing nursery business based in Selwyn. We supply high-quality plants and pride ourselves on great service, attention to detail, and a team that works together to get the job done.


We are now looking for a reliable and hands-on Dispatch / Delivery Driver to join our team.


This is a varied role that will see you coordinating and preparing orders for dispatch, collecting and delivering plant orders, assisting customers, handling stock, and helping with general nursery duties as required.


Your key duties will include:


  • Preparing, checking, and organising plant orders for dispatch
  • Collecting and delivering orders to customers
  • Loading and unloading plants and stock
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service
  • Assisting with stock handling and general nursery duties
  • Using basic computer systems for dispatch and order-related tasks
  • Ensuring orders are accurate and presented to a high standard
  • Keeping work and dispatch areas tidy, organised, and safe


This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7.45am-4.30pm.


We're looking for someone who is practical, organised, and happy to get stuck in. You'll need to be physically fit as regular heavy lifting is involved, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.


To be successful, you'll need:


  • A full NZ Driver Licence
  • Confidence and ability to drive a manual vehicle
  • A strong customer focus and friendly manner
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Physical fitness and the ability to undertake heavy lifting
  • The ability to work unsupervised and use initiative
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Pride in your work and presentation
  • A willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Plant knowledge would be an advantage, but is not essential
