Plumber

Tradestaff is looking for an experienced NZ Registered Plumber to work across residential and commercial projects in Christchurch. If you're a qualified plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong problem-solving skills and enjoys a variety of installation and maintenance work, we want to hear from you!


Location: Various sites, Christchurch

Start date: Immediate

Pay rate: $38–$45 per hour + weekly pay


  • What You'll Be DoingComplete residential and commercial plumbing installations
  • Carry out maintenance, servicing and plumbing repairs
  • Install and repair pipework, fittings and plumbing fixtures
  • Read and interpret plumbing plans, drawings and specifications
  • Diagnose faults and provide practical plumbing solutions
  • Complete plumbing work on new builds, renovations and existing properties
  • Work alongside other trades to deliver quality results safely and efficiently
  • What We're Looking ForNZ Registered Plumber — essential
  • Current NZ plumbing practising licence — essential
  • Proven experience in residential or commercial plumbing
  • Confidence reading plans and completing installations independently
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Full NZ Driver Licence and reliable transport
  • Reliable, professional and committed to workplace health and safety
