This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, and seeing the results of a job well done. Whether you've worked in exterior cleaning before or are looking for a fresh start in a new industry, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Water blasting, gutter cleaning and general exterior maintenance
  • Setting up and operating cleaning equipment safely
  • Maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment
  • Completing safety checks and job documentation

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Good physical fitness and an enjoyment of outdoor work
  • A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude
  • A willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges
  • Pride in your work and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • A strong commitment to Health & Safety
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check

Previous experience in window cleaning, building washing, water blasting, working at heights or similar outdoor work would be an advantage, but isn't essential - we're happy to train the right person!

A Full NZ Driver Licence would also be advantageous.

What's in it for you?:

  • Competitive hourly pay rate
  • Guaranteed minimum 40hours per week
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Opportunities to gain industry qualifications
  • Genuine career progression within a growing national business
  • Supportive, friendly team environment
  • A strong focus on keeping everyone safe
  • Varied work across some of Wellington's most recognisable buildings
