We're looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our Auckland-based team.

About the role

This is a varied, fast-moving role where your ideas matter. You'll help shape our agency process and deliver best-in-class work for some of New Zealand's leading brands. If you want a place to take on new challenges and grow into the areas that excite you, this is it.

You'll work across the full digital spectrum including web, social, EDM, digital ads, and more, so we're after a versatile designer who can move comfortably between formats and channels. We also work at the intersection of great design and emerging technology, so we're especially keen to hear from designers who are curious about how AI is changing the way we create.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience and the confidence to jump straight in
• A strong portfolio that shows off your web and digital design skills
• Expert-level Figma skills (our core tool), plus familiarity with the wider design toolkit
• Versatility across channels including web, social, EDM, and digital advertising
• A genuine interest in AI and a point of view on how it can sharpen design, from ideation and asset creation to prototyping and workflow
• The ability to take a brief and produce low- to high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience turning user research and insights into real design improvements
• Experience building and maintaining design systems for consistency at scale
• Sharp prioritisation, so you manage deadlines, iterate quickly on feedback, and keep things moving
• A collaborative style, working directly with designers, developers, and marketers to ship work

What you'll do:

• Design engaging, user-centric work across web, social, EDM, and digital ads, balancing aesthetics with function
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and the wider project team to deliver end-to-end digital work
• Adapt designs for technical constraints, business goals, and customer feedback
• Manage website content, including creating graphics, sourcing photos, and loading content
• Stay ahead of design trends, AI tools, customer behaviour, and emerging web technology
