Mō te Tūranga | About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our VIP F&B team in this key leadership position.


Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our VIP  facilities while leading and developing a high-performing team. You'll play an integral role in ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered, fostering a positive team culture, and maintaining the premium experience our VIP customers have come to expect.


Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you'll collaborate closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure operational excellence and memorable customer experiences.


Mōu | About You


We're looking for a passionate leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and has a proven ability to lead teams in premium hospitality settings.


You'll bring:


  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within the Food & Beverage industry, ideally within a casino, hospitality or premium dining environment
  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role
  • A strong customer service mindset with a focus on delivering solutions and exceeding expectations
  • A current General Manager's Licence
  • Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with a diverse customer base
  • The ability to speak a second language would be highly advantageous
  • Exceptional leadership, organisational and relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 operation with varying shifts and hours
