Our award-winning team at Queenstown Motor Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department in the Adventure Capital of New Zealand.


Representing some of the world's most respected automotive brands, including Audi, Volkswagen, and Subaru, this is an exciting opportunity to start or further your career with a leading automotive group while delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Working alongside a passionate and supportive team, you'll play a key role in keeping our workshop and customers moving by ensuring the right parts are supplied accurately and on time. The Role


Reporting to the Senior Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for:


  • Ensuring the workshop is supplied with parts accurately and on time
  • Preparing quotations and assisting customers with parts enquiries
  • Maintaining existing customer and trade relationships while achieving sales targets
  • Processing parts orders efficiently and coordinating timely delivery
  • Providing outstanding customer service to both retail and trade customers
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  • Supporting parts trading activities and sourcing parts where required
  • Learning and developing product knowledge across Audi, Volkswagen, and Subaru brands


About You


To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with:


  • Previous automotive, parts, retail, or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve the best customer outcomes
  • Good computer literacy and willingness to learn dealership management systems
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry


Full training will be provided to the right candidate.


Hours


Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
