Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Stand up Forklift operator for our client based in Mount Wellington.

This role is a mix of hoist work as well as hands-on production work.

Product is live & processed chicken


Work Schedule

  • The usual shift start time is 2 pm
  • Typical finish time is 10:30pm
  • Monday to Friday


About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you will rotate between hoist operation and production tasks.


Main Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Assist with production tasks, including manual handling of products
  • Support distribution processes
  • Work with both live and processed chicken products


To be successful and considered for this position:

  • Must have a valid Forklift License.
  • Must have full or restricted NZ drivers license
  • Physically Fit
  • Be able to provide 2 x work related references
  • Pass Pre-Employment screening (Drug Test and Criminal Background Check)
