About the Role

You'll be responsible for growing and managing your own residential property portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Growing and managing a residential property portfolio
  • Winning new managements and building client relationships
  • Managing landlord and tenant relationships
  • Conducting property inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and contractor management
  • Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
  • Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Maintaining accurate records and systems

About You

  • Proven residential property management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Solutions-focused with a passion for growth
  • Full New Zealand Driver's Licence
