Handle Solutions is looking for a capable, organised person to join our commercial hardware team. This role supports the day‑to‑day running of live jobs, helping ensure pricing, claims, variations, and project administration are completed accurately and on time.


Key responsibilities:


  • Assist with pricing and preparing quotes
  • Support live jobs from start to finish
  • Process claims, variations, and updates
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers
  • General commercial administration and job tracking

  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work across multiple jobs at once
  • Comfortable with numbers, paperwork, and deadlines
