Job Description

With a busy summer ahead and the company ramping up, this is a great opportunity for an experienced asphalt worker looking for full-time, ongoing employmentYou’ll be working as part of an experienced team across a range of asphalt projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who knows their way around asphalt and can hit the ground running.What we’re looking for:


  • Minimum 2+ years proven asphalt experience – essential
  • Strong knowledge of spreading and levelling
  • Confident using a rake for a smooth surface finish
  • Experience operating asphalt rollers and compactors
  • Ability to read and follow job plans, levels and site instructions
  • Reliable, hardworking and physically fit
  • Good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Own reliable transport – essential
