About the Role


As a key member of our production team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our entrance doors are finished to the highest standards. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll be involved in a variety of tasks that directly contribute to the quality and appearance of our products.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment to achieve high-quality finishes.
  • Preparing doors for coating through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other surface preparation techniques.
  • Monitoring and adjusting coating settings to ensure a consistent and superior finish.
  • Conducting quality inspections and identifying any defects before products move to the next stage.
  • Troubleshooting minor equipment issues to keep production running smoothly.
  • Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.
  • Working collaboratively with your team to meet production targets and customer expectations.


What We're Looking For


  • Previous experience in powder coating or a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
