We’re looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Attendant who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.


About the Role


This is a key guest-facing role within our restaurant and bar team. Ideally, you’ll bring 1–2 years’ experience in a bar or restaurant environment , with hotel restaurant experience being a bonus.


A hospitality qualification is an advantage, but what really matters is your enthusiasm for great service and attention to detail . Experience supporting functions or events will also be beneficial.


Flexibility is essential, as shifts will include mornings , evenings, weekends, and public holidays .


In This Role You Will


  • Deliver exceptional service in our restaurant and bar
  • Make food and beverage recommendations and confidently take guest orders
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional team environment


What We’re Looking For


  • 1–2 years’ experience in a bar or restaurant environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • A team player who thrives in a busy environment
  • Someone who enjoys interacting with guests from all walks of life

Pay & Hours


  • $27 – $28 per hour starting rate
  • Guaranteed 30 hours per week
  • Rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
