As a Service Experience Host , you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest, client, and workplace experiences within a premium corporate environment in Wellington CBD . Acting as the first point of contact, you'll provide five-star service, support meetings and events, coordinate hospitality requirements, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.


Ko o kawenga | Your responsibilities


  • Deliver a five-star reception and guest experience, warmly welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, events, guest arrivals, hospitality services, and workplace requests.
  • Provide proactive support for catering, meeting room setups, basic IT assistance, and event preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage administrative tasks, maintain booking systems, and ensure facilities and presentation standards are consistently upheld.

  • Proven customer service, hospitality, reception, or guest services experience in a professional environment for at least 3-5 years.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, booking systems, and workplace technology.
  • A warm, professional, and engaging communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive team player who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
