Delivery Consultant | Permanent | Auckland CBD

Due to a well deserved internal promotion, our growing Technology and Business Transformation team is on the hunt for an exceptional Candidate Delivery Consultant. This is a rare opportunity to join a premium NZ owned recruitment brand, which is underlined by industry leading long term tenure of many of its employees.

Working closely with highly experienced professionals, key challenges will include keeping up with the pace of delivery, identifying New Zealand’s very best talent, managing expectations (internally and externally), as well as prioritising workloads with differing timeframes.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing, talent pooling, or end to end recruitment (IT, digital, or project services background is a massive plus).
  • The ability to build genuine relationships with candidates, not just broadcast LinkedIn messages.
  • A proactive, self starter mindset where you take ownership of your delivery.
  • High energy, great communication, and a team first attitude.
