Their Wellington team is growing, and they’re looking for motivated Insurance Sales Consultants who want to build a long‑term career while earning uncapped commission.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Calling warm, qualified leads every day – no cold calling
  • Using a proven conversation framework to convert enquiries into applications
  • Helping customers understand available cover options
  • Guiding customers through the full application process
  • Managing sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism
  • Keeping your pipeline up to date and following up with customers to progress applications and convert opportunities


Your Week at a Glance


  • Mostly outbound calls, with minimal inbound enquiries
  • Strong lead flow – Mondays are typically the busiest
  • New leads first, then shared team follow-ups
  • Shifts rotate every two months (between 8am–7pm)
  • After around 6 months, once fully confident, you can work from home up to two days per week

You’ll start with a structured three-week induction covering:


  • Facilitated learning
  • Online modules
  • Practical roleplay and coaching


From there, you’ll receive ongoing support, regular coaching, and opportunities to gain industry qualifications and grow your career internally.

  • Have at least 18 months’ work experience (retail, sales or customer service helps)
