Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering marketing strategies, leading campaigns, building strong client relationships, and driving marketing performance. You'll also play a key role in the ongoing development of HubSpot across the business.

This is a permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based role in a central Dunedin location.


What You'll Do


  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies and digital campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Build trusted client relationships and provide strategic marketing advice
  • Present insights, recommendations and performance outcomes with confidence
  • Manage projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations
  • Partner with the Creative & Strategy Director to turn strategy into action
  • Lead the ongoing development of HubSpot, including automation, reporting and CRM best practice
  • Collaborate across marketing, creative and digital teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes
  • Mentor team members and stay ahead of emerging marketing, AI and technology trends


About You


You'll be a commercially minded marketer with:


  • Proven experience in a senior marketing position
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Commerce or a related field
  • Strong digital marketing and campaign management expertise
  • Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship skills
  • HubSpot or CRM experience
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities
  • A collaborative, proactive and results-focused approach
