Job Description

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking General and Skilled Labourers to join leading civil, construction, and roading crews across the Palmerston North region . Great projects, solid hours, and a chance to be part of a team that gets things done!


With both short- and long-term placements available in a variety of roles , there’s an opportunity here for workers of all experience levels who want consistent, rewarding work.


What we’re looking for:


  • Previous labouring experience preferred but not essential.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors.
  • Own transport and driver’s licence preferred.
  • Drug-free and clean (or relatively clean) criminal record.


We can only accept applications from people with a current and valid work visa, NZ residency, or NZ citizenship.
