What are we looking for? At Hall's, we are looking for an experienced reliable Class 5 Driver to join our team at our Palmerston North depot, who can be the friendly face of our business and deliver chilled and frozen freight along with outstanding service for our customers and their customers. The days and hours of work will be as per the roster.

In this role you will see yourself delivering chilled & frozen food to businesses within the wider Manawatu region, this will include manual lifting and hand unloads, checking temperature settings, ensuring accuracy of documentation and completing daily vehicle checks.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • Possess a full & clean Class 5 license, with a minimum of 1 years NZ Class 5 driving experience
  • Experience driving truck & trailer, semis, and b-trains
  • Have a good geographical knowledge of the Manawatu, Wellington & New Plymouth regions
  • Have a working knowledge of EROAD & TruckMate
  • We are after someone who is self-motivated with a positive attitude and has the level of physical fitness required for this kind of role.
