About the Role


We are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our brand new care home at Parkside Village in Hillsborough, Auckland . Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for the overall clinical and operational excellence of our care home.


Home to 59 Care Suites and 12 Memory Care Units, Parkside Village offers residents exceptional person centred care in a premium environment.


As both the clinical and business leader of the care home, you will:

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain aged care audit readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Build strong referral networks to maximise occupancy
  • Lead occupancy growth and care suite sales
  • Manage financial performance, staff rosters and operational efficiency
  • Most importantly create a positive workplace culture where staff feel engaged, supported and empowered to deliver outstanding resident care.


About You

  • NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
  • Proven understanding of aged care standards and clinical best practice
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams
  • Experience managing budgets and operational performance
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences
