Job Description

We’re looking for reliable, safety-minded Traffic Controllers to join our on-call team. You’ll help manage traffic around construction sites, roadworks, or events, making sure drivers, pedestrians, and workers stay safe. This is a flexible role – you’ll be called in as needed, perfect if you want work that fits around your schedule.


What You’ll Do

  • Set up and manage traffic flow at worksites or events.
  • Use signs, cones, and barriers to direct vehicles safely.
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and team members.
  • Report hazards and follow all safety regulations.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Traffic Controller or similar role.
  • Current Traffic Control/Traffic Management Certification is a plus
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Physically fit to stand, walk, and handle equipment for long periods.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
  • Own transport is advantageous for getting to various sites
