We specialise in commercial, residential, and industrial electrical work across the Nelson region and beyond. Based in the sunny Nelson Tasman district, our skilled electricians and dedicated office staff take pride in delivering exceptional results.


This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) with overtime available for those who want it.


About the Role


As one of our Lead Electricians, you'll take on a mix of hands-on and leadership responsibilities, including:


  • Electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance across a range of sites
  • Working on large-scale commercial projects, with opportunities to manage them
  • Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues
  • Maintenance, Solar PV, and HVAC installations
  • Providing excellent customer service and clear communication
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation


What We're Looking For:


  • Fully qualified and NZ-registered Electrician
  • Valid NZ driver's licence
  • Experience running large projects - or the drive to learn
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Honest, reliable, and hardworking
  • Heat pump experience a bonus (but not essential)
