About the role


We are looking for a Caregiver to join our stunning Oakridge Villas Care Home in Kerikeri. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you'll be working under the direction of our Registered Nurses providing high standards of care and support to our residents.


Available shifts: 30 hours a week from 7am to 3 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. There will be an opportunity to pick up more work if desired


This is Fixed Term role till 26th April 2027 to cover a staff member's Parental Leave.


Skills and Experience Required:


  • Health and Wellbeing or an equivalent Level qualification.
  • Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.
  • Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred.
  • Empathy and enjoys making a difference in our residents' lives.
