Job Description

Position Overview


This senior-level position is responsible for leading enterprise-scale technology operations, architecture, governance, delivery, optimisation, and strategic transformation across complex digital environments.


The role requires extensive experience in enterprise technology systems, stakeholder engagement, operational leadership, governance frameworks, cloud environments, cybersecurity awareness, automation practices, enterprise reporting, and scalable infrastructure or software environments.


Key Responsibilities


• Lead enterprise-scale strategic technology initiatives.

• Support high-availability operational environments.

• Develop governance, operational, and delivery frameworks.

• Coordinate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure scalability, security, resilience, and operational efficiency.

• Support cloud-native and enterprise technology ecosystems.

• Lead continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives.

• Provide senior technical leadership and mentoring.

• Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory obligations.


Required Qualifications


• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technology or engineering discipline.

• Advanced postgraduate qualification advantageous.

• Industry certifications highly preferred.


Required Experience


• Minimum 8–10+ years’ senior-level experience.

• Experience leading enterprise technology environments.

• Experience managing large-scale operational or engineering programmes.

• Experience with cloud, automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

• Experience supporting high-availability environments.
